Refund Policy

PostingPilot is operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. This policy explains how refunds, subscriptions, and generation credits are handled.

Subscriptions and memberships

You can request cancellation at any time by contacting support or using any billing controls available inside PostingPilot. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access may continue through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refund window

If a checkout page or written offer includes a specific refund window, that offer controls. If no separate written refund window is stated, refund requests are reviewed case by case and are generally limited to recent charges where the service was not used materially.

Generation credits

Image, video, and media-generation credits pay third-party rendering providers. Credits are normally consumed when a generation successfully completes. If a paid generation fails without producing a usable result, contact support so we can review the render and credit your account when appropriate.

Provider failures

AI and media providers sometimes fail, delay, or return unusable output. PostingPilot works to prevent charges for failed generations, but if you believe credits were consumed for a failed result, send the generation date, account email, and a short description to support.
